Week one pictures

Well today is the start of week one and here are my pics.. Even though I HATE posting these pics I am posting them cause I won't be able to see a difference if I don't keep a picture diary so to speak lol



skinny Jeans... getting back on track

So it was a month ago to the day that I started this blog to show everyone and myself that I could get healthy..

Well as you can see that didn't go too well. Things happened as they often do but I am happy to say that I back and I am here to stay!

So I have changed the name of my blog. I am still going to do the 6 week challenge to show everyone that I and you can get into your skinny jeans!! I am excited to stick to this and in the end to be healthier and happier...

Getting Healthy with Nutrilite

Lets face it we all say we want to be healthy. We start eating healthy, going to the gym and taking weight loss pills, but some where down the road we stop working towards our goals. I don't know about you but in the past year I have tried getting into better shape about 3 times just in the past year, sad but true. I have tried the popular diets, taking the diet pills that have enough caffeine in them to make your heart pound out of your chest and one of 2 things have happened, I didn't keep up with them or they made me sick that I stopped taking them. Even though I have started and stopped a few times I have vowed that I will be healthy and start dropping weight starting NOW and to help me stay on track and to show other people that the produces I am taking do work I have started this blog.

So for the next 6 weeks I am going to do a challenge. I am going to take Nutrilite products, eat healthy and do light work outs. Each tuesday I will be taking a picture of myself showing what progress I have made. I will also post recipes of things that I make that are healthy and that taste good too. I will also be talking about the Nutrilite products and what foods we all think are good for you but really are not.


I am excited to show you all about nutrilite and ways to be healthy without really trying that hard
